Мы хотим, чтобы вы любили каждый продукт, который вы у нас покупаете. Если что-то не так, мы сделаем все возможное, чтобы это исправить. Пожалуйста, внимательно ознакомьтесь с нашей политикой возврата, прежде чем запрашивать возврат.
1. Право на возврат
Вы можете запросить возврат в течение 14 дней с момента получения заказа.
Товары должны быть неиспользованными, невскрытыми и в оригинальной упаковке.
В связи с правилами гигиены и безопасности использованные или вскрытые средства для ногтей (например, гель-лаки, верхние/базовые покрытия, жидкости, кисточки, пилочки и инструменты для ногтей) возврату не подлежат.
Изготовленные на заказ или персонализированные товары возврату не подлежат, если только они не имеют дефектов.

REPAIR POLICY - REQUIRES RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
You must let a Nail Market USA representative know of your intent to repair equipment. Call 929 327 6636or email info@nailmarket-usa.com. Note: If your Nail Market USA product is damaged due to accidental or natural causes it will not be covered under our one year limited warranty. Please email info@nailmarket-usa.com for warranty issues. Products under warranty cannot be returned; t. If any situation arises where warranty work is required, the device is shipped back to the Distributors for inspection and repair. Shipping to and from Distributors is the customers responsibility. We don't replace or change the machine. Nail Market USA does not bear any responsibility for shipping and handling of the product during shipping to the distributor. The shipping back from the distributor back to the customer is also covered by the customer.
Do not return any purchased products until you have spoken to a support representative as your return will not be processed and any items sent back to the company will be returned to the sender. You must obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from a support representative along with a filling out a Merchandise Return Form from a support representative.
When submitting a request please specify the reason of the refund, date of purchase/order number, your first/last name and address. Nail Market USA might require to provide photo and video materials of products during the process.
PACKAGING & SHIPPING YOUR REPAIR
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to package and ship your repair and prevent any damage to the products being returned for repair. Inside the box please include your receipt, the repair form, and most importantly make sure your RMA number is visible and clear on the outside of the packaging.
Nail Market USA is not responsible for any damaged or lost items due to shipping your repair. We highly recommend that you package your equipment properly to prevent damage (or have the shipping company do your packaging). Nail Market USA is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
RETURNS WITHOUT RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
Nail Market USA also holds the right to refuse the return of a used product. Used is any product that has been un-packaged and is not in its original state. Upon receiving your return Nail Market USA will inspect the products. After we have determined the condition of the product(s), the order may be subject to a 35% restocking fee. Original shipping charges will not be refunded as well. The cost of repairing a returned item will be deducted from your refund.
FEES
Nail Market USA charges fees for products returned in used condition for the amount it will cost us to repair or refurbish the product(s) being returned. This charge will be the exact amount it will cost Nail Market USA to repair or refurbish the item(s). All shipping charges will not be refunded. This includes the initial shipping cost and the cost of shipping your repaired item.
